On June 28, 2013, BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, USA has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on K+S Aktiengesellschaft, Kassel, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 25, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 2.97% (this corresponds to 5685655 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.97% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
5685655 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
