Jersey, Channel Islands has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on K+S Aktiengesellschaft,
Kassel, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
July 01, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to
5781330 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
5781330 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
