On December 3, 2013, UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
K+S Aktiengesellschaft, Kassel, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold
of the Voting Rights on November 28, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.06%
(this corresponds to 5852416 Voting Rights). 0.25% of the Voting Rights
(this corresponds to 469052 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the UBS
AG according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG.
