Voting Rights on K+S Aktiengesellschaft, Kassel, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 21, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 3.11% (this corresponds to 5947543 Voting Rights).
2. On May 27, 2014, Capital Research and Management Company, Los Angeles,
USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on K+S Aktiengesellschaft, Kassel, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 21, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 3.11% (this corresponds to 5947543 Voting Rights).
3.11% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5947543 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed

day amounted to 3.11% (this corresponds to 5947543 Voting Rights).
