Notification of voting rights pursuant to § 21 clause 1 WpHG
In accordance with Section 21 para 1 WpHG we have been informed by the
Terra Nova Royalty Corporation, Vancouver, Canada, that on 04. May 2010 the
number of the voting rights held by Terra Nova Royalty Corporation in KHD
Humboldt Wedag International AG, Colonia-Allee 3, 51067 Cologne, Germany,
dropped below 75 % and is now 74.34 % (equal to 24.637.577 voting rights).
Thereof, 0.00 % (equal to 50 voting rights) are attributed to them pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.
In accordance with Section 21 para 1 WpHG we have been informed by Mr.
Krister Graf, Germany, that on 04. May 2010 the number of the voting rights
held by him in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Colonia-Allee 3, 51067
Cologne, Germany, dropped below 75 % and is now 74.34 % (equal to
24.637.577 voting rights).
Thereof, 74.34% (equal to 24.637.577 voting rights) are attributed to him
thereof 0.00 % (equal to 50 voting rights) in accordance with sec. 22 para
1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG through KGC Strategische Dienstleistungen UG
(haftungsbeschränkt), Frankfurt, Germany and 74.34 % (equal to 24.637.527
voting rights) according to sec. 22 para 2 WpHG through Terra Nova Royalty
Corporation, Canada, which held 3 % or more of the voting rights in KHD
Humboldt Wedag International AG.
In accordance with Section 21 para 1a WpHG we have been informed by KGC
Strategische Dienstleistungen UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Frankfurt, Germany,
that on 04. May 2010 the number of the voting rights held by KGC
Strategische Dienstleistungen UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in KHD Humboldt Wedag
International AG, Colonia-Allee 3, 51067 Cologne, Germany, dropped below 75
% and is now 74.34 % (equal to 24.637.577 voting rights).
Thereof, 74.34 % (equal to 24.637.527 voting rights) are attributed to KGC
Strategische Dienstleistungen UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in accordance with
sec. 22 para 2 WpHG through Terra Nova Royalty Corporation, Canada, which
held 3 % or more of the voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International
AG.
