On April 28, 2011, Mr Massimo Pedrazzini, Switzerland, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in KHD
Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold
of 3% on March 2, 2011, and amounted to 3.0594% (1,520,608 voting rights)
as per this date.
Of these voting rights, a total of 3.0594% (1,518,108 voting rights) are to
be attributed to him pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG, whereof a total of
0.0050% (2,500 voting rights) are also to be attributed to him pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1.
