Buyback of own shares - 3rd interim notification
In the period from September 13, 2013 to September 19, 2013 inclusive a
total of 49,612 shares were purchased within the scope of the share
buyback. The commencement of this share buyback on August 28, 2013 was
provided by way of ad-hoc disclosure of August 26, 2013.
Overall, 131,511 shares have been purchased within the scope of this share
buyback in the period from August 28, 2013 to September 19, 2013 inclusive.
The buyback of shares has been carried out through a bank mandated by KION
GROUP AG, exclusively through the XETRA trading system of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange.
Information on these transactions pursuant to Art. 4 para. 3 of the
Regulation (EC) no. 2273/2003 is published on the website of KION GROUP AG
