Buyback of own shares - 2nd interim notification
In the period from September 15, 2014 to September 19, 2014 inclusive a
total of 16,836 shares were purchased within the scope of the share
buyback. The commencement of this share buyback on September 10, 2014 was
provided by way of ad-hoc disclosure of September 8, 2014.
Overall, 27,266 shares have been purchased within the scope of this share
buyback in the period from September 10, 2014 to September 19, 2014
inclusive.
The buyback of shares has been carried out through a bank mandated by KION
GROUP AG, exclusively through the XETRA trading system of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange.
Information on these transactions pursuant to Art. 4 para. 3 of the
Regulation (EC) no. 2273/2003 is published on the website of KION GROUP AG
