Voting rights notifications pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG
On February 19, 2015, KION GROUP AG, Abraham-Lincoln-Straße 21, 65189
Wiesbaden, Germany (ISIN DE000KGX8881, WKN KGX888) has received the
following voting rights notifications pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG:
1. The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA, has informed
us according to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on February 16, 2015 its share
in the voting rights of KION GROUP AG fell below the 50% threshold of
voting rights and on that day amounted to 47.24% (46,720,740 voting
rights). Of this, 13.94% (13,787,040 voting rights) were attributed to The
Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG and were held by the following controlled undertakings:

2. The Goldman, Sachs & Co. L.L.C., Wilmington, Delaware, USA, has informed
us according to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on February 16, 2015 its share
in the voting rights of KION GROUP AG fell below the 50% threshold of
voting rights and on that day amounted to 47.23% (46,712,186 voting
rights). Of this, 13.93% (13,778,486 voting rights) were attributed to The
Goldman, Sachs & Co. L.L.C. according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no.
1 WpHG and were held by the following controlled undertakings:

to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on February 16, 2015 its share in the
voting rights of KION GROUP AG fell below the 50% threshold of voting
rights and on that day amounted to 47.23% (46,712,186 voting rights). Of
this, 13.93% (13,778,486 voting rights) were attributed to Goldman, Sachs &
Co. according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and were held by
the following controlled undertakings:

this, 13.93% (13,778,486 voting rights) were attributed to GS Advisors V,
L.L.C. according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and were held

rights and on that day amounted to 47.23% (46,712,186 voting rights). Of
this, 13.93% (13,778,486 voting rights) were attributed to GS Advisors V
AIV, Ltd. according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and were
