Group earnings before interest and taxes totalled EUR20.3m, pre-tax earnings EUR15.9m and the annual net surplus EUR11.9m. At the AGM in Würzburg on 23 June the management and supervisory boards will propose a dividend of 25 cents per ordinary share.
