according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on ALBIS Leasing AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006569403, WKN:
656940, have fallen below the 20% limit of the Voting Rights on January 25,
2010 and on that day amounted to 19,477% (this corresponds to 2985353
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 19,477%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2985353 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Wolff from Lupus Vermögensverwaltung GmbH .
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 19,472%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2984603 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Wolff from Lupus Holding AG .
