On October 12, 2011, Mrs Gabriele Wolff, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on ALBIS Leasing AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below the 15%
threshold of the Voting Rights on March 29, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 10.13% (this corresponds to 1552579 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.11%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1550000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mrs Wolff from Lupus Holding AG.

according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on ALBIS Leasing AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below the 10%
threshold of the Voting Rights on October 11, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 9.93% (this corresponds to 1522579 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 9.92% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1520000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mrs Wolff from Lupus Holding AG.
On October 12, 2011, Lupus Holding AG, Zug, Schweiz has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on ALBIS Leasing AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below the 10%
threshold of the Voting Rights on October 11, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 9.92% (this corresponds to 1520000 Voting Rights).
