according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on ALBIS Leasing AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on November 11, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 6.75% (this corresponds to 1033959 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.75% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1033959 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms Mahn via Schwanenwik Vermögensverwaltung GmbH.
