to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting Rights on
ALBIS Leasing AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold
of the Voting Rights on May 19, 2011 and on that day amounted to 4.36%
(this corresponds to 668069 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.36% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 668069 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms Mahn via Schwanenwik Vermögensverwaltung GmbH.
