to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
ALBIS Leasing AG, Hamburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10%
threshold of the Voting Rights on November 12, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 10.787% (this corresponds to 1653418 Voting Rights).
10.787% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1653418 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Hofmann in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
