On November 12, 2007, JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA, informed us
about the following:
'According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that JPMorgan Chase &
Co. has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstr. 140, 86165 Augsburg on the 7th November
2007 and now amounts to 5.17% (1,374,425 shares) in relation to all shares
of the respective voting shares.
The attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to §
22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is
concerning 5.15% corresponding to 1,369,618 of the voting rights which
results from JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc.. Furthermore, the
attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to § 22
para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG is concerning 0.02% corresponding to 4,807 of
the voting rights.'
On November 12, 2007, JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc., New York,
USA, informed us about the following:
'According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that JPMorgan Asset
Management Holdings Inc. has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting
rights of KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstr. 140, 86165 Augsburg on the
7th November 2007 and now amounts to 5.15% (1,369,618 shares) in relation
to all shares of the respective voting shares.
The voting rights are attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc.
according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2
WpHG which result from JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited among other.'
On November 12, 2007 JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, London, UK,
informed us about the following:
'According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that JPMorgan Asset
Management (UK) Limited has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting
rights of KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstr. 140, 86165 Augsburg on the
7th November 2007 and now amounts to 5.04% (1,339,590 shares) in relation
to all shares of the respective voting shares. All voting rights are
attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited according to § 22 para
1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.'
