with Sec. 21 Para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) about the

Pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, we hereby notify that our percentage of
voting rights in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the threshold of 3 % on
the 3rd of December 2007 and amounts to 4.48% (1,192,660 voting rights) as
per this date. Of these voting rights, 4.48% (1,192,660 voting rights) are
to be attributed to us pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and
sent. 2 WpHG. Voting rights that are to be attributed to us are held via
the following company which is controlled by ODDO ET CIE and which holdings
of voting rights amount to 3% or more in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft: ODDO
Asset Management, Paris, France.

about the following:
