JPMorgan Chase Group, August 22, 2007 (Supplemental Notifications)
The subsequent notifications of voting rights by JPMorgan Chase Group are
solely supplemental notifications as to August 2007.
The issuer would like to stress that following voting rights do not reflect
the current voting rights. According to the latest notification dated
January 24, 2008, the current voting rights of JP Morgan Chase Group
totally amount to 2.72%.
On August 22, 2007, JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA, informed us about
the following:
'According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that JPMorgan Chase &
Co. has exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights of KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstr. 140, 86165 Augsburg on the 17th August
2007 and now amounts to 3.18% (844,717shares) in relation to all shares of
the respective voting shares.
The attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to §
22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is
concerning 3.17% corresponding to 842,315 of the voting rights which
results from JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc.. Furthermore, the
attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to § 22
para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG is concerning 0.01% corresponding to 2,402 of
the voting rights.'
The notification of JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc., dated August
22, 2007, was published on August 24, 2007.
On August 22, 2007, JPMorgan Asset Mangement (UK) Limited, London, UK,
informed us about the following:
'According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that JPMorgan Asset
Management (UK) Limited has exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights of KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstr. 140, 86165 Augsburg on the
17th August 2007 and now amounts to 3.17% (842,315 shares) in relation to
all shares of the respective voting shares. All voting rights are
attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited according to § 22 para
1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.'
