On March 9, 2009, Rinvest AG, Pfäffikon, Switzerland, informed us in
accordance with § 21 para 1 German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') that its
voting rights in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165
Augsburg, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on March 9, 2009 and now
amount to 6.81% (1,812,500 voting rights).
On March 9, 2009, Mr. Till Reuter, Switzerland, informed us in accordance
with § 21 para 1 of the German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') that its
voting rights in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165
Augsburg, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on March 9, 2009 and now
amount to 6.81% (1,812,500 voting rights). These voting rights are to be
attributed to Mr. Reuter pursuant to § 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
The voting rights attributed to Mr. Reuter are held through the following,
controlled company: Reinvest AG, Pfäffikon, Switzerland.
