On June 10, 2009 Rinvest AG, Pfäffikon, Switzerland, informed us about the
following:
'We hereby inform you that since June 8, 2009 we do not longer hold a
financial instrument, and, therefore, our voting rights attributed via a
directly held financial instrument amount to 0% (0 voting rights). Since
there is no longer an addition of voting rights resulting from financial
instruments and voting rights pursuant to Sec. 21 and 22 WpHG, we hereby
inform you in accordance with Sec. 25 para. 1 WpHG that we have fallen
below the thresholds of 10% and 5% on June 8, 2009.
Our voting rights pursuant to Sec. 21, 22 WpHG amount to 29.22% (7,771,530
voting rights); our voting rights result from 506,678 directly held voting
rights (1.90%) and 7,264,852 voting rights (27.31%) held by Grenzebach
Maschinenbau GmbH, 86663 Asbach-Bäumenheim, which, since June 8, 2009, are
attributed to us pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.'
On June 10, 2009 Dr. Till Reuter, Switzerland, informed us about the
following:
'I hereby inform you that since June 8, 2009 I do not longer indirectly
hold a financial instrument, and, therefore, my voting rights attributed
via an indirectly held financial instrument amount to 0% (0 voting rights).
Since there is no longer an addition of voting rights resulting from
financial instruments and voting rights pursuant to Sec. 21 and 22 WpHG, I
hereby inform you in accordance with Sec. 25 para. 1 WpHG I have fallen
below the thresholds of 10% and 5% on June 8, 2009.
My voting rights pursuant to Sec. 21, 22 WpHG amount to 29.22% (7,771,530
voting rights); these voting rights result from 506,678 voting rights
(1.90%) held by Rinvest AG, Pfäffikon, Switzerland, which are attributed to
me pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 Nr. 1 WpHG and 7,264,852 voting rights
(27.31%) held by Grenzebach Maschinenbau GmbH, 86663 Asbach-Bäumenheim,
which, since June 8, 2009, are attributed to Rinvest AG and to me pursuant
to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.'
