1. With letter dated June 28, 2010, Rinvest AG, Pfäffikon, Switzerland,
informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
The voting rights of Rinvest AG, Pfäffikon, Switzerland, in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the
threshold 25% on June 28, 2010 and on that day amount to 25.18 % (8,540,760
voting rights).
The voting right directly held by Rinvest AG amount to 1.49 % (506.678
voting rights).
Furthermore, 23.69 % (8,034,082 voting rights) held by Grenzebach
Maschinenbau GmbH, Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany, are attributed to Rinvest
AG, Pfäffikon, Switzerland, pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.
2. With letter dated June 28, 2010, Dr. Till Reuter, Pfäffikon,
Switzerland, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
The voting rights of Dr. Till Reuter, Pfäffikon, Switzerland, in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the
threshold 25% on June 28, 2010 and on that day amount to 25.18 % (8,540,760
voting rights).
The voting rights attributed to Dr. Till Reuter amount to 1.49 % (506,678
voting rights) pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 Nr. 1 WpHG. These
voting rights are held through the following, controlled company: Rinvest
AG, Pfäffikon, Switzerland.
Furthermore, 23.69 % (8.034.082 voting rights) held by Grenzebach
Maschinenbau GmbH, Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany, are attributed to Dr. Till
Reuter pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.
