On November 18, 2010, Wyser-Pratte Eurovalue Fund Ltd., George Town, Grand
Cayman/Cayman Islands, informed us in accordance with § 21 para. 1 German
Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') about as follows:
We hereby give notice pursuant to § 21 para 1 WpHG that Wyser-Pratte
Eurovalue Fund Ltd. has fallen below the threshold of 3 per cent of the
voting rights in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165
Augsburg on September 21, 2010 (based on transfer of ownership).
Wyser-Pratte Eurovalue Fund Ltd. has now 0 per cent of the voting rights (0
votes).
