With letter dated February 8, 2013, AXA S.A. Paris, France, informed us in
accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 sent. 1 German Securities Trading Act
('WpHG') as follows:
'The voting rights of AXA S.A., Paris, France, in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft
exceeded the threshold of 3% on February 6, 2013 and on that day amount to
3.21% (1,089,463 voting rights). These 3.21% (1,089,463 voting rights) are
attributed to AXA S.A. according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 in
conjunction with sent. 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).'
