threshold of 5% on November 18, 2013 and on that day amount to 4.997%
(1,694,703 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to BlackRock,
Inc., according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
With letter dated November 20, 2013, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington
(DE), USA, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 sent. 1 German
Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
The voting rights of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407, fell below the
threshold of 5% on November 18, 2013 and on that day amount to 4.996%
(1,694,580 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to BlackRock
