The voting rights of BlackRock, Inc., in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407, exceeded the
threshold of 5% on December 24, 2013 and on that day amount to 5.01%
(1,699,142 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to BlackRock,
Inc., according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
With letter dated December 27, 2013, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington
(DE), USA, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 sent. 1 German
Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
The voting rights of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407, exceeded the
threshold of 5% on December 24, 2013 and on that day amount to 5.01%
(1,699,019 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to BlackRock
Holdco 2, Inc., according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).

Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407,
exceeded the threshold of 5% on December 24, 2013 and on that day amount to
5.01% (1,699,019 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to
