With letter dated January 14, 2014, AXA S.A. Paris, France, informed us in
accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 sent. 1 German Securities Trading Act
('WpHG') as follows:
'The voting rights of AXA S.A., Paris, France, in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft
exceeded the threshold of 5% on January 10, 2014 and on that day amount to
5.02% (1,704,056 voting rights). These 5.02% (1,704,056 voting rights) are
attributed to AXA S.A. according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).'
With letter dated January 14, 2014, AXA Investment Managers S.A.,
Courbevoie, France, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 sent. 1
German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
'The voting rights of AXA Investment Managers S.A., Courbevoie, France, in
KUKA Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the threshold of 3% on January 10, 2014
and on that day amount to 3.12% (1,058,045 voting rights). These 3.12%
(1,058,045 voting rights) are attributed to AXA Investment Managers S.A.
according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 Securities Trading Act (WpHG).'
