Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the
threshold of 3% on January 16, 2014, and on that day amount to 3.05%
(1,033,189 voting rights). Hereof, 3.01% (1,021,335 voting rights) are held
directly by Bank of Amercia National Association 0.03% (11,854 voting
rights) are attributed to Bank of Amercia National Association pursuant to
Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Act (WpHG).
2. With letter dated February 24, 2014, BANA Holding Corporation,
Wilmington (DE), USA, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
The voting rights of BANA Holding Corporation in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the threshold of 3% on January
16, 2014, and on that day amount to 3.05% (1,033,189 voting rights).
The voting rights attributed to BANA Holding Corporation pursuant to Sec.
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act amount to
3.05% (1,033,189 voting rights). These voting rights are held through the

Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the
threshold of 3% on January 16, 2014, and on that day amount to 3.05%
(1,033,189 voting rights).
The voting rights attributed to BAC North America Holding Company pursuant
to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
amount to 3.05% (1,033,189 voting rights). These voting rights are held
through the following, controlled companies: Bank of America National
Association and BANA Holding Corporation.

(DE), USA, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German

The voting rights of NB Holdings Corporation in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the threshold of 3% on
January 16, 2014, and on that day amount to 3.05% (1,033,189 voting
rights).
The voting rights attributed to NB Holdings Corporation pursuant to Sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act amount to 3.05%
(1,033,189 voting rights). These voting rights are held through the
