Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway, informed us with
letter dated March 31, 2014 in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:
The voting rights of Norway Bank in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstraße
140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407, fell below the threshold of 3% on
March 28, 2014 and on that day amount to 2.99% (1,015.609 voting rights).
The Norwegian Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway, informed us with letter
dated March 31, 2015 in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) on behalf of the State of Norway as follows:
The voting rights of the State of Norway in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407, fell below the
threshold of 3% on March 28, 2014 and on that day amount to 2.99%
(1,015,609 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to the State
of Norway pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
