With letter dated April 11, 2014, Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway),
Oslo, Norway, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:
The voting rights of Norges Bank in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstraße
140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407, exceeded the threshold of 3% on
April 10, 2014 and on that day amount to 3.004% (1,018,816 voting rights).
With letter dated April 11, 2014, the Norwegian Ministry of Finance, Oslo,
Norway, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) on behalf of the State of Norway as follows:
The voting rights of the State of Norway in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407, exceeded the
threshold of 3% on April 10, 2014 and on that day amount to 3.004%
(1,018,816 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to the State
of Norway pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) via Norges Bank.
