14, 2014 and on that day amount to 5.087% (1,725,150 voting rights).
With letter dated April 23, 2014, Mr. Friedhelm Loh, Germany, informed us
in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
('WpHG') as follows:
The voting rights of Mr. Friedhelm Loh in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the threshold of 5% on April
14, 2014 and on that day amount to 5.087% (1,725,150 voting rights). The
