threshold of 3% on April 22, 2014 and on that day amount to 2.97%
(1,008,363 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to BlackRock,
Inc., according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).

The voting rights of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407, fell below the
threshold of 3% on April 22, 2014 and on that day amount to 2.97%
(1,008,240 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to BlackRock
