'The voting rights of York Capital Management Global Advisors, LLC, New
York, U.S.A., in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165
Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407, exceeded the threshold of 3% on July 31, 2014
and on that day amounted to 3.07% (1,039,530 voting rights). These 3.07%
(1,039,530 voting rights) are attributed to York Capital Management Global
Advisors, LLC, according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG). '
With letter dated August 05, 2014, James G. Dinan, U.S.A., informed us in
accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 sent. 1 German Securities Trading Act
('WpHG') as follows:
'The voting rights of Mr. James G. Dinan, U.S.A., in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407,
exceeded the threshold of 3% on July 31, 2014 and on that day amounted to
3.07% (1,039,530 voting rights). These 3.07% (1,039,530 voting rights) are
attributed to James G. Dinan according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
