(DE), USA, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
'The voting rights of NB Holdings Corporation in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, have exceeded the threshold of 3% on
January 23, 2015, and on that day amount to 3.08% (1,099,032 voting
rights). The voting rights attributed to NB Holdings Corporation pursuant
to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
amount to 3.08% (1,099,032 voting rights).
With letter dated January 29, 2015, Bank of America Corporation, Wilmington
(DE), USA, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
'The voting rights of Bank of America Corporation in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, have exceeded the
threshold of 3% on January 23, 2015, and on that day amount to 3.08%
(1,099,032 voting rights). The voting rights attributed to Bank of America
Corporation pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act amount to 3.08% (1,099,032 voting rights). These
voting rights are held through the following controlled company: NB
Holdings Corporation.'
With letter dated January 30, 2015, Bank of America National Association,
Charlotte (NC), USA, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
'The voting rights of Bank of America National Association in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, have exceeded the
threshold of 3% on January 26, 2015, and on that day amount to 3.00%
(1,071,928 voting rights). Hereof, 2.94% (1,050,705 voting rights) are held
directly by Bank of America National Association; 0.06% (21,223 voting
rights) are attributed to Bank of America National Association pursuant to
Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Act (WpHG).'
With letter dated February 02, 2015, BANA Holding Corporation, Wilmington
(DE), USA, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
'The voting rights of BANA Holding Corporation in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, have exceeded the threshold of 3% on
January 26, 2015, and on that day amount to 3.00% (1,071,928 voting
rights). The voting rights attributed to BANA Holding Corporation pursuant
to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
amount to 3.00% (1,071,928 voting rights). These voting rights are held
through the following controlled company: Bank of America National
Association.'
With letter dated February 02, 2015, BAC North America Holding Company,
Wilmington (DE), USA, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
'The voting rights of BAC North America Holding Company in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, have exceeded the
threshold of 3% on January 26, 2015, and on that day amount to 3.00%
(1,071,928 voting rights). The voting rights attributed to BAC North
