With letter dated August 21, 2015, MECCA International (BVI) Limited,
Tortola, British Virgin Islands, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21
para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
'The voting rights of MECCA International (BVI) Limited, Tortola, British
Virgin Islands, in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the thresholds of 3%
and 5% on August 20, 2015 and on that day amounted to 5.43% (1,937,617
voting rights).'
With letter dated August 21, 2015, Midea International Corporation Company
Limited, Hong Kong, China, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1
of the German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
'The voting rights of Midea International Corporation Company Limited, Hong
Kong, China, in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the thresholds of 3% and
5% on August 20, 2015 and on that day amounted to 5.43% (1,937,617 voting
rights). These 5.43% (1,937,617 voting rights) are attributed to Midea
International Corporation Company Limited according to Sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG). The voting
rights are held through the following controlled company: MECCA
International (BVI) Limited.'
With letter dated August 21, 2015, Midea Group Co., Ltd., Foshan, China,
informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
'The voting rights of Midea Group Co., Ltd., Foshan, China, in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on August 20, 2015
and on that day amounted to 5.43% (1,937,617 voting rights). These 5.43%
(1,937,617 voting rights) are attributed to Midea Group Co., Ltd. according
to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG). The voting rights are held through the following controlled
companies: Midea International Corporation Company Limited, MECCA
International (BVI) Limited.'
