informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft, Leverkusen, Germany, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 04, 2012 and
on that day amounted to 2.97% (this corresponds to 2,467,489 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.78% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 648,544 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
