informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 75% and 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 05,
2013 and on that day amounted to 42.5% (this corresponds to 22509464 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 33.35% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 17665427 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company
from Saturea B.V..
