the 50.00% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 05, 2013 (this
corresponds to 26481722 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 40.85%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 21637685 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Goldman, Sachs & Co, GS LEG Investors (Euro)
Company, Restio B.V. and Saturea B.V.
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 9.15% of the Voting Rights (this
