On December 27, 2013, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, U.S.A. has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 23, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 3.005% (this corresponds to 1591360 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.005% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
1591360 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
