1. On January 29, 2014, Sun Life Financial Inc., Toronto, Canada, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany,
have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on 27.01.2014 and
on that day amounted to 5.39% (this corresponds to 2,852,903 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.39% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2,852,903 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to the company.
2. On January 29, 2014, Sun Life Global Investments Inc., Toronto, Canada,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany,
have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on 27.01.2014 and
on that day amounted to 5.39% (this corresponds to 2,852,903 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.39% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2,852,903 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to the company.
3. On January 29, 2014, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada - U.S.
Operations Holdings, Inc., Wellesley Hills, USA, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have exceeded
the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on 27.01.2014 and on that day
amounted to 5.39% (this corresponds to 2,852,903 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.39% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2,852,903 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to the company.

Dusseldorf, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on 27.01.2014 and on that day amounted to 5.39% (this
corresponds to 2,852,903 Voting Rights).

Rights on 27.01.2014 and on that day amounted to 5.39% (this
corresponds to 2,852,903 Voting Rights).

the Voting Rights on 27.01.2014 and on that day amounted to 5.39% (this
corresponds to 2,852,903 Voting Rights).

sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.39% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to

Boston, USA, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG,
Dusseldorf, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on 27.01.2014 and on that day amounted to 5.39% (this
corresponds to 2,852,903 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.67% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2,475,231 Voting Rights) are to be
attributed to the company.
