have exceeded the 5% and 10% thresholds of the Voting Rights on
27.01.2014 and on that day amounted to 12.33% (this corresponds to
6,532,515 Voting Rights).
6.56% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3,476,864 Voting Rights)
are held by BlackRock Global Funds and are to be attributed to BlackRock,
Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany,
have exceeded the 5% and 10% thresholds of the Voting Rights on
27.01.2014 and on that day amounted to 12.27% (this corresponds to
6,496,287 Voting Rights).
