us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have exceeded
the 15% thresholds of the Voting Rights on 11.04.2014 and on that day
amounted to 15.14% (this corresponds to 8,016,046 Voting Rights).
Of these voting rights, 15.14% (8,016,046 voting rights) are to be
attributed to the company pursuant to Article 22, section 1, sentence 1,
No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in LEG
Immobilien AG are to be attributed to:
BlackRock Global Funds
2. On April 16, 2014, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, U.S.A.,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany,
have exceeded the 15% thresholds of the Voting Rights on 11.04.2014 and
on that day amounted to 15.01% (this corresponds to 7,951,218 Voting
Rights).
Of these voting rights, 15.01% (7,951,218 voting rights) are to be
attributed to the company pursuant to Article 22, section 1, sentence 1,
No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in LEG
Immobilien AG are to be attributed to:

3. On April 16, 2014, BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, NY,
U.S.A., has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf,
Germany, have exceeded the 15% thresholds of the Voting Rights on
11.04.2014 and on that day amounted to 15.01% (this corresponds to
7,951,218 Voting Rights).
Of these voting rights, 15.01% (7,951,218 voting rights) are to be
attributed to the company pursuant to Article 22, section 1, sentence 1,
No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
