Correction of the voting rights published on June 20, 2014
On June 18, 2014, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, London, UK,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on 10.06.2014 and on that
day amounted to 3.03% (this corresponds to 1,604,417 Voting Rights).
Of these voting rights, 3.03% (1,604,417 voting rights) are to be
attributed to the company pursuant to article 22, section 1, sentence 1,
No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
