On May 5, 2015, BLACKROCK (Luxembourg) S.A., Senningerberg, Luxembourg, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its voting rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have falling
below the 5% threshold of the voting rights on 30.04.2015 and on that day
amounted to 4.49% (this corresponds to 2,564,027 voting rights).
4.49% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 2,564,027 voting rights)
are to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
Name of shareholder(s) holding directly 3% voting rights or more which are
attributed to:
BlackRock Global Funds
