NOTIFICATION OF BOND BUYBACKS
Αthens, May 20, 2020 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE S.A." or the "Company") announces that its subsidiary OTE plc, has gradually repurchased a principal amount of EUR 67,026,000 in aggregate from the 3.500 per cent own Notes due 9 July 2020 (ISIN: XS1086785182). The Notes are listed in the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and are guaranteed by OTE S.A. The repurchased Notes have been cancelled. Following the above buybacks, the outstanding principal amount of the Notes is EUR 632,974,000.
The announcement is issued as a Regulated Information, in accordance with Law 3556/2007, [article 3, par. 1 (p) and article 21] and Regulation No 596/2014 (article 17) of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse.
