Athens, December 8, 2022 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE" or the "Company"), announces that:
On December 6, 2022, DEUTSCHE TELEKOM AG (DT), with registered office in Bonn, Germany, notified OTE S.A. that on 29.11.2022, its stake in the total voting rights of OTE S.A. reached 50.86%.
Additionally it is noted that DT's stake in the total voting rights of OTE S.A., excluding voting rights attached to own shares which under Greek Law are suspended, reached on the same day, i.e. 29.11.2022, 51.32%.
The announcement is issued as a Regulated Information, in accordance with Law 3556/2007, [article 3, par. 1 (p) and article 21].
