Athens, May 2, 2023 -Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. (OTE S.A. or Company) announces that Mr Charalampos Mazarakis has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Telekom Romania Mobile Communications S.A. (''TKRM''), succeeding Ms Dina Tsybulskaya, who resigned on 30 April 2023. Mr. Mazarakis will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors of TKRM, a position he has held since 2016.
Mr. Mazarakis will maintain his role as OTE Group Chief Financial Officer and member of OTE Board of Directors.
