Über die 100% Tochter ELASER GmbH in Suhl übernimmt LPKF Laser & Electronics AG die restlichen 80 % der A-LASER Inc. in Oregon, an der von LPKF Laser & Electronics AG bisher 20% der Anteile gehalten werden. Das Unternehmen, das bisher in der Stencil Produktion aktiv ist, soll als Basis zur Markteinführung der neuen LPKF Produkte, insbesondere der Polymer Stencil Technologie, in den USA genutzt werden. Für das Geschäftsjahr 1999 wird ein Umsatz von ca. 1,4 Mio DM und ein Gewinn von 425 TDM erwartet. LPKF Laser & Electronics AG, via its 100% affiliated company ELASER GmbH in Suhl/Thuringia, is taking over the remaining shares of A-LASER Inc. in the United States. Via its 100% affiliated company ELASER GmbH in Suhl/Thuringia, LPKF Laser & Electronics AG is taking over the remaining 80% shares of A-LASER Inc. in Oregon, of which 20% have been held so far. The company has been active in stencil production and will now be utilized for the market introduction of new LPKF products, especially the technology of polymer stencils, to the USA. A turnover of about DM 1.4 million and earnings of DM 425,000 DM are expected for the fiscal year of 1999. Ende der Mitteilung
