Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act) that via shares its Voting Rights on LPKF
Laser & Electronics Aktiengesellschaft, Garbsen, Germany, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 28, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 2.63% (this corresponds to 585400 Voting Rights).
2.63 % of total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 585400 Voting Rights)
are attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
