Ludwig Beck starts new share buy-back programme
Munich, 17 May 2001. LUDWIG BECK AG (WKN 519 990)
is starting a renewed share buy-back programme.
With the agreement of the Supervisory Board,
the Managing Board has decided to make
use of the reauthorization granted by resolution
of the General Meeting of Shareholders on 10 May 2001
for a fixed period ending on 31 October 2002,
enabling the purchase of own individual
share certificates for the company.
This buy-back will take place via the stock exchange.
LUDWIG BECK AG has already
repurchased a total of 158,580
own individual share certificates
since the initial authorization granted on 17 May 2000.
