LUDWIG BECK announces dividend increase to EUR 0.45 / Proposal includes
special dividend of EUR 0.10 on occasion of the 150-year company
anniversary
Munich, March 14, 2012 - At the balance sheet meeting for the fiscal year
2011, the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of LUDWIG BECK AG (Security
Identification Number: 519 990) resolved today, to propose to the Annual
General Meeting, scheduled for May 8, 2012 in Munich, to distribute a
dividend of EUR 0.45 per no-par share. The proposed EUR 0.45 dividend per
no-par share includes a special dividend of EUR 0.10, which shall be paid
out on occasion of the 150-year company anniversary. Last year's dividend
had been set at EUR 0.35.
